Bett’s Daily Meditation

I’ve built a daily meditation template that you can do in a few minutes to ensure that every day you are getting all your needs met.

This template is based on years of research and refinement. To learn more about the background resources on this click here, here, and here

The template is in both a google spreadsheet which you can make a copy of or a pdf.

You can either print the template, create a format in a journal or use a device to digitally update the format.

Overview of the colors:

Beige: Instinctive Survival (Basic Needs/embodiment/health)

Purple: Tribal Order (Magical/Nature/Family/Close Friends)

Red: Ecocentric (Skills, Personal Boundaries, Self Worth)

Blue: Purposeful Order (Law and Order, Paperwork, Accounting, Taxes, follow the rules)

Orange: Strategic Enterprise (Make Money, 401k, Individualistic/Achievement)

Green: Humanistic Community (Going Green, Inclusiveness, Pluralistic/Relativistic)

Yellow: Systemic (Integral/Global Impact)

How to use it:

Each morning set a side 10 minutes for yourself. Find a comfortable spot where you won’t be interrupted. With the template in front of you, answer each of the questions. You can always skip anything that doesn’t feel relevant at that moment.

Afterwards, review the results and plan your day.

This will allow you to ensure that you are getting all your needs met.
