What I Know About Sleep
When I first started researching sleep, my goal was to stop waking up in the middle of the night. I solved that problem and was getting 8 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Next I wanted to sleep less. I wanted to compress my sleep into a shorter amount of time. That is when I started seriously pursuing an understanding of sleep. I bought my Oura Ring. I watched at least 10 youtube videos on sleep, why we do it, how long is optimal, how to sleep more efficiently, blah blah blah.
Well that was when I really started to learn. I’ve pulled together some of my favorite videos to share with you. If you haven’t ever considered sleep just watch these and feel yourself get educated!
