Healing knees is one of my specialties. I have struggled with knee pain since my early twenties when I played basketball. I’ve learned many techniques to help strengthen the muscles around the knee. I create classes that allow you to start doing yoga where ever you are now.

Lower back issues are frequently found in officer workers. Our lifestyle creates tight hamstrings combined with weak core. I create several back release poses with hamstring release and core strengthening.
