Results: Pain in my Right Wrist

The pain is located on the outer end of my right wrist.

The pain is on the outside of the wrist

It has caused discomfort when using my hand, particularly while gripping or performing repetitive tasks such as using a computer mouse.

The injury is likely the result of repetitive stress over many years due to prolonged mouse usage. To alleviate the pain, I made some adjustments. Firstly, I changed my mouse pad and the positioning of my mouse to minimize strain on the wrist. It was also crucial to avoid using the laptop's built-in keyboard, as it significantly aggravated the pain. Unfortunately, the wrist pads I purchased did not provide much relief.

To further address the issue, I invented various exercises(available on my Youtube) that helped loosen the wrist, and while they did provide some relief, they did not completely eliminate the tension. However, I found that massaging the fleshy part outside of the elbow, a direct line between the back of the hand and the elbow, helped alleviate the discomfort. Here is a photo of the spot:

There is a nerve pathway running from that area down to the wrist, and gently stimulating it provides relief. Therefore, these exercises, along with regular massage, have contributed to the ongoing management of my wrist condition.
