Grounding Resilience Yoga Class: Kriya to manifest your dreams

This class starts standing in Mountain Pose. We start with a full body scan going from feet and ending at the head. We then do gentle movements of each part of the body to build flexibility and warmth. There is a sprinkling of invigorating movements to bring focus to our lower chakras. Before moving to the kriya we do a second Mountain Pose to do another body scan. To see how all these movements have changed our we experience our body. We culminate in a challenging but powerful kriya: kriya to manifest your dreams.

I built this yoga sequence to build resilience. I included kundalini pieces, an invigorating chair sequence, and an intense kriya called the kriya to manifest your dreams, a guided savanna called yoga nidra. When your done with this class you will feel grounded and ready to make your dreams come true. Please let me know if you enjoy this.

Yoga is an ancient form of science created to calm our minds and help us live a great life. My philosophy when building a yoga class is to sprinkle in some modern science along with the ancient poses.

I’ve been doing yoga everyday since April 2021 and it’s created huge transformations in my mind and body. I encourage anyone who wants to move past blockers to try doing even 5 minutes of yoga every day for 100 days and see how they feel and what they can accomplish.
