Chakra Meditation 25 Minute Yoga Class

This class is a Chakra Meditation Yoga Class.

I built this yoga sequence to fully relax the body. I included kundalini pieces. When your done with this class you will feel grounded and relaxed. Please let me know if you enjoy this.

Yoga is an ancient form of science created to calm our minds and help us live a great life. My philosophy when building a yoga class is to sprinkle in some modern science along with the ancient poses.

I’ve been doing yoga everyday since April 2021 and it’s created huge transformations in my mind and body. I encourage anyone who wants to move past blockers to try doing even 5 minutes of yoga every day for 100 days and see how they feel and what they can accomplish.
