This is a class I created for those of you who want to do a daily yoga practice but sometimes have only 15 minutes! It happens! I’ve created this 15 minute standing yoga vinyasa flow so that you don’t miss a day. We focus on shoulders and thoracic spine flexibility. Enjoy! Let me know if you have any suggestions.
I’ve been doing yoga everyday since April 2021 and it’s created huge transformations in my mind and body. I encourage anyone who wants to move past blockers to try doing even 5 minutes of yoga every day for 100 days and see how they feel and what they can accomplish.
